Healdsburg Square

Healdsburg Square was the first of a series of Downtown Redevelopment projects on a downtown Plaza that dates to 1857. Three sides of this Plaza are flanked by 19th century buildings, but the fourth had been demolished in 1980. Completing and complementing the historic Plaza buildings was an important improvement that helped propel Healdsburg to consistently be named as one of the top 10 small cities in America to visit (Smithsonian, Tripadvisor).
This project design for the new construction resulted in a 30,000 square foot building with offices on the second floor and first floor retail. The building had to meet the strict requirements of town leaders, developers and the Redevelopment Agency, |
