Letitia Building
1889
San Jose, California

The Letitia project was an adaptive reuse and seismic retrofit of five-story unreinforced masonry and  stone building that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The design for the $12 million restoration and remodeling of the  landmark Letitia Building was described by Allan Hess, architectural critic of the San Jose Mercury News , as a meticulous, practical solution and a glorious space [that] redefines what office space can be.
